Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Leadership:
    Lead, supervise, and train a team of maintenance technicians and workers. Delegate tasks to ensure the efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Monitor and maintain daily work schedules for the team to ensure productivity.
  • Maintenance Operations:

  • Safety and Compliance:

  • Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and records of all mechanical operations. Prepare regular reports on the status of machinery, maintenance costs, and work progress. Ensure proper documentation of repairs, parts inventory, and service histories.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Recommend improvements in maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reliability. Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new maintenance technologies or systems.

Qualifications and Requirements:
