Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and proactive, precise on-site communication regarding callout ETAs and job performance.
- Provide accurate, real-time back-reporting of all work performed at the equipment level.
- Maintain accountability for the safety and optimal performance of all assigned equipment.
- Identify potential site risks and promptly communicate them to your supervisor.
- Take immediate on-site action in cases of high-risk identification and adhere to established escalation procedures.
- Proactively identify and report "unplanned" service repairs based on observed equipment needs.
- Uphold the safety of end-users and the site by adhering to safe working practices and executing operations in accordance with all maintenance and safety instructions.
- Execute planned maintenance, callouts, and service repairs efficiently, respecting schedules, time limits, quality standards, time allocations, and established processes.
- Identify and escalate potential sales leads to your supervisor.
- Ensure all service tooling, vans, instruments, and other equipment are kept safe, maintained, and in good working condition.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of solid Preventive Maintenance experience with a reputable elevator company is mandatory.
- Candidates must possess an ITI/Vocational Certificate course or a Diploma in Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Automation streams, or an equivalent qualification.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Basic IT skills are preferred.
- Basic digital foundation skills are required for this position.
