As a Customer Service Senior Officer, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between various departments.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily with other senior officers to optimize shipments of goods.
- Receive, review, and approve all credit notes, specifying reasons for returns.
- Manage customer invoices and maintain accurate archiving.
- Support team development with tailored career plans and training sessions; evaluate performance through motivational incentive schemes.
- Coordinate with logistics to order necessary vehicles for delivery and prepare all related dispatch documents (gate pass, waybill, invoices, customer purchase orders).
- Manage backorders and inform the Customer Service Department Manager or Unit Head regarding any shortages.
