المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • مراجعة المشاريع الجديدة يوميًا وضمان وضوح الوصف والمهارات المطلوبة.
  • تحليل حالات إلغاء المشاريع والتواصل مع العملاء لإعادة تنشيطها عند الإمكان.
  • متابعة المشاريع جاهزة للإغلاق والتنسيق مع العملاء لإنهائها.
  • مراقبة التواصل بين العملاء والمستقلين، والتدخل عند الحاجة.
  • دعوة المستقلين المناسبين للمشاريع دون عروض.
  • التواصل المباشر مع العملاء يوميًا لزيادة معدلات الإغلاق وتشجيع عمليات الشراء المتكررة.
  • حل مشكلات المستقلين وتقديم الدعم لسير العمل بسلاسة.
  • تتبع ومتابعة التذاكر التقنية مع فريق التطوير.
  • إعداد تقارير يومية تغطي المشاريع، الرسائل، العروض، العملاء، التذاكر، والتوصيات.
  • المشاركة في الاجتماعات اليومية والاسبوعية/الشهرية المنتظمة.
