Verify material specifications, samples, and deliveries to ensure conformity with approved designs. Monitor inventory levels and prevent wastage of finishing materials on-site. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to avoid damage or deterioration.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients, designers, contractors, and consultants for finishing-related matters. Attend regular site meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and resolutions with stakeholders. Provide technical support and guidance to subcontractors and workers to ensure clarity in execution.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure finishing works comply with local building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations. Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and implement site-specific safety protocols. Qualifications
