🎯 Job Objective

Preparing juices, smoothies, and cold drinks with high quality and consistency in taste, while adhering to cleanliness standards and speed of service.


📌 Duties and Responsibilities

1. Preparing Beverages

  • Preparing fresh juices and smoothies according to approved recipes
  • Adhering to measurements (Consistency is very important)
  • Decorating beverages in an attractive way (Presentation)

2. Operating Equipment

  • Using blenders and juicers correctly
  • Ensuring cleanliness of equipment before and after use
  • Reporting any malfunctions

3. Cleanliness and Safety

  • Maintaining cleanliness in the work area continuously
  • Adhering to food safety standards
  • Washing and sterilizing tools and fruits

4. Preparing Materials

  • Cutting and preparing fruits and vegetables in advance
  • Monitoring stock (fruits, milk, additions like chia and protein)
  • Informing management when materials are low

5. Customer Service

  • Receiving orders with a smile (if there is direct interaction)
  • Suggesting suitable drinks for the customer
  • Handling complaints professionally

🧠 Required Skills

  • Speed in working under pressure
  • Accuracy in measuring and recipes
  • Artistic sense in presentation (important for your project "Elk")
  • Basic knowledge of food safety
  • Good communication skills

🎓 Qualifications

  • No higher education required
  • Experience in a café or restaurant is preferred

⏱️ Working Hours
