Role Overview:The Security Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of security operations to ensure the safety and protection of personnel, assets, and information. This position requires a detail-oriented approach to developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies to safeguard the organization's assets.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.
- Lead and manage the security team, providing guidance and training.
- Collaborate with departments to integrate security measures into overall operations.
- Oversee the installation and operation of security systems.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare reports.
- Establish relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services.
- Develop and manage the security department budget.
- Ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and crisis management planning.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in security management with 3 in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of security strategies and program implementation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
