- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations emphasizing clarity and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting for the finance department.
- Coordinate and plan company events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled with efficiency.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:- Minimum of 9 years of experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
