We are looking for a Back-End Developer (Laravel) to work with us on an existing technical project that requires improvements, bug fixes, and integration with external services.

🛠️ Tasks:

  • Developing and maintaining a control panel based on Laravel

  • Fixing bugs and improving performance

  • Working on APIs and linking them with the application

  • Integration with external services such as:

    • Payment gateways (like HyperPay or similar)

    • Email and notification systems

  • Handling logs and bug tracking

  • Receiving the project with handover from the current developer


⏱️ Work system:

  • Working remotely

  • Approximately 4 hours daily – 5 days a week

  • Flexible work (the important thing is to complete tasks)

  • The weekly average is about 20 tasks

  • If tasks are completed early, your role for the week ends


💰 Salary:

  • The monthly salary is from 500 to 700 USD

  • There are additional bonuses for fast and organized performance


✅ Requirements:

  • Good experience in Laravel + MySQL

  • Experience in REST APIs

  • Knowledge in server management (Linux / Deployment / SSL)

  • Quick response and commitment to communication

  • Ability to understand existing code and work on it without complications

  • Preferably a speaker of Arabic language

Your Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative – Administrative Assistant to support our customers and internal teams across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This is a remote role that combines frontline customer communication with reliable administrative support. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support (Primary)
    • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone/WhatsApp in a professional and helpful tone.
    • Handle common questions related to registration, onboarding, account access, schedules, and general support needs.
    • Troubleshoot basic issues, guide customers through next steps, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
    • Follow communication guidelines to ensure customers receive consistent, accurate information.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by being responsive, empathetic, and solution-focused.
    • Document customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM or support tracker.
  • Administrative Support (Secondary)

    • Prepare and maintain simple reports (*, daily support volume, resolution notes, candidate/customer status lists).

Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year in customer service, virtual assistant work, admin support, call center, or similar.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Languages: English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Tech skills: Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets/Excel, email platforms, CRMs, and chat tools.
  • Remote readiness: Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and processes.
Nice to Have
  • Experience handling support via WhatsApp Business, live chat systems, or ticketing tools.
