Job Description:
We are looking for an accountant to join the financial management team, who possesses accuracy, commitment, and the ability to work within a team, to contribute to organizing and managing financial operations and ensuring the integrity of accounting procedures.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Recording daily entries and preparing bank reconciliations periodically.
Preparing and reviewing invoices, expenses, and receivables.
Monitoring customer and supplier accounts and updating their balances.
Preparing monthly financial reports and submitting them to management.
Reviewing salaries and entitlements in coordination with human resources.
Monitoring advances and loans and settling them according to approved regulations.
Adhering to the company’s approved financial policies and procedures.
Contributing to periodic inventory work and preparing related reports.
Conditions and Qualifications:
Relevant qualification in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in using computers and accounting software.
Accuracy in work and ability to handle work pressure.
High organizational skills and good interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in selling perfumes and cosmetics is preferred

• Prepare the annual purchase forecast for each supplier based on the approved sales plan and inventory control guidelines.
• Discuss annual contract proposals with suppliers and reach preliminary agreements within the company's policy and objectives.
• Identify alternative sources for main suppliers to ensure high-quality supplies at competitive prices.
• Ensure branch needs are met following inventory supply norms and regularly assess supplier stock movements.
• Propose pricing strategies based on market research and sales and marketing department reports.
• Request competitive monthly offers from suppliers and ensure their diversity over time.
• Monitor and manage product presentations within branches in accordance with category management principles.
• Coordinate with marketing to organize events within branches that promote sales, including new branch openings.
• Track and report waste to suppliers and manage returns.
• Create a monthly file for new items to be proposed for introduction into the sector to ensure marketability and supplier guarantees.

• Monitor hotel property and respond to incidents.
• Maintain documentation and key systems according to legal and company standards.
• Recommend improvements in surveillance and fire systems.
• Train and supervise the Security Team, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Conduct regular briefings with your team.

• Previous security experience, preferably in environments with large crowds.
• Familiarity with planning and enforcing security protocols.
• Current knowledge of fire safety and first aid regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong personal presentation is essential.

• Previous training experience in security.

• Supervise and support the customer service team in daily operations.
• Ensure excellent service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Handle escalated complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Train and onboard new customer service staff.
• Develop and implement service improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance patient experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
