Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain constant vigilance of hotel operations and surroundings.
  • Document incidents thoroughly to improve safety practices.
  • Recommend enhancements to security and fire systems.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of incidents to prevent re-occurrences.
  • Train and supervise the Security Team, organizing work schedules and ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Hold regular briefings with the Security Team to ensure effective communication and management.

What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have previous security experience, preferably in environments with high guest volume. You should possess:
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and enforcing security measures.
  • Current knowledge of fire safety and first aid with valid qualifications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent personal presentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
Training experience with relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
