Position Summary:
As a Pool Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by promptly addressing repair requests and performing preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen, and mechanical equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Attending to guest repair requests and resolving maintenance issues.
  • Performing preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Conducting visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machines.
  • Maintaining maintenance inventory and requisitioning parts as needed.
  • Using the Lockout/Tagout system for safety in maintenance work.
  • Executing basic repairs on plumbing, electrical components, and housekeeping items.
  • Communicating daily activities and challenges to other shifts.
  • Following company safety and security policies, reporting hazards, and completing safety training.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Some experience in general maintenance, with a focus on interior and exterior surface preparation and painting.
- Experience in hotel engineering is a plus.

Required Qualifications:
- A valid Driver’s License.
