The candidate will be responsible for receiving visitors, organizing appointments, and providing an exceptional customer service experience, in addition to the ability to introduce laboratory services and persuade clients in a professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving clients and welcoming them in a decent and professional manner
Accurately registering and entering patient data into the system
Organizing appointments and managing the visit schedule
Responding to telephone and in-person inquiries with eloquence
Explaining laboratory services and available offers to clients
Contributing to increased sales through persuasive skills and effective communication
Coordinating with the medical team to ensure smooth workflow
Maintaining the confidentiality of patient information
Requirements:
High communication skills and eloquence in dealing
Strong ability in persuasion and selling
Good appearance and professionalism in behavior
Proficiency in computer use
Previous experience in reception or customer service (especially in the medical field) is preferred
