Responsibilities:
• Develop new distribution channels (retail stores, real estate firms, design companies) to expand market coverage;
• Be responsible for all channel sales performance, conduct regular store/distributor visits, and maintain strong partnerships;
• Manage product display and brand image in stores, ensuring visibility and cleanliness in high-traffic areas;
• Promote key products and provide training to distributors and store sales staff.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale or retail sales; B2B experience is a plus;
• Strong skills in channel development, negotiation, and execution;
• Willing to travel frequently with a strong sense of customer service;
• Good spoken English.
