distributors..
· Participating in the selection and training of salespeople
and determining their needs..
· Identify sales areas to benefit from the largest number of customers..
· Follow up on after-sales service, maintain constant
communication with customers, and respond to their complaints..
· Monitoring competitors' situations and strategies..
- Submitting detailed periodic reports on achievements, marketing problems, and failures to senior management..
2. Job Qualifications
Required Educational Level
· Bachelor's degree in sales or equivalent with at least 5
years of experience in the paint industry.
Required Experience Level
The required experience in the field of paints or their
derivatives.
Adequate knowledge of the principles and methods of paint
sales for factory owners.
Required skill level
High skills in persuasion and strategic marketing.
The required language level
Fluency in both Arabic and English.
6-month probation period.
