Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Function:
    • Execute marketing plans in collaboration with your supervisor to introduce new products.
    • Conduct research to stay informed about the industry and share insights with colleagues and clients.
    • Provide training to practitioners on product usage.
    • Maintain a professional company image through high work ethics and superior product knowledge.
  • Selling Function:
    • Apply effective sales techniques to introduce and sell our complete product line.
    • Achieve sales targets through a structured monthly schedule.
    • Make a minimum of 15 sales calls per day to engage clients and finalize deals.
    • Manage the sales cycle, from taking orders to ensuring timely payments.
  • Managerial/Administrative:
    • Optimize your time in the assigned territory while minimizing costs.
    • Track customer interactions and maintain organized documentation.
    • Submit daily reports on activities and achievements.

Special Conditions:
This role involves significant travel within your territory, and you must remain responsive via email daily. A valid driving license is required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • 12 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of our product offerings.

Should have a strong biomedical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to convey complex information clearly. A professional presentation style and strong executive presence are also essential, as frequent interaction with leadership and external partners is required.
