Job Description

As a Sales Employee at Abyat, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the section is ready and organized, price accuracy, and stock availability to guarantee a distinguished shopping experience for customers.

  • Working as a product expert in doors, windows, aluminum, glass, and internal and external door systems.

  • Using door and window design software such as Pyramid, RA Workshop, Archimede, Dowes to prepare designs, calculate dimensions, extract quantities and costs, and provide accurate and professional quotes.

  • Providing technical consultations to customers and assisting them in making purchasing decisions based on actual needs and accurate specifications.

  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinating with internal teams (orders, manufacturing, delivery) to ensure orders are executed accurately and on time.


Qualifications

  • Alignment with Abyat's values and professional work culture.

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail sales in the doors, windows, aluminum, or glass sector.

  • Proven practical experience in using door and window design software such as Pyramid, RA Workshop, Archimede, Dowes.

  • Strong knowledge of dimensions, systems, accessories, and finishing materials related to doors and windows.

  • High skills in communication, persuasion, and closing deals.

  • Ability to achieve sales goals and work under pressure.

  • Focus on results, service quality, and customer experience.

  • High initiative and strong business sense.

We are a well-established healthcare solutions provider in Saudi Arabia seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to enhance our portfolio of OR consumables and disposable products such as sterile drapes, custom surgical packs, OR pads, and DVT prevention products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across OR consumables and disposable product lines.
  • Develop and grow accounts across MOH hospitals, institutional hospitals, and private groups, including remote regions.
  • Build strong relationships with OR teams, procurement, and supply chain decision-makers.
  • Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within hospitals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training, and clinical education sessions.
  • Monitor and support tender cycles, NUPCO purchase orders, and GRN processes.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM reporting.
  • Support new product launches and ongoing field requirements.

Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Science, or related field.
  • Strong experience in medical consumables or disposable medical products.
  • Strong understanding of the Operating Room environment and hospital workflows.
  • Hands-on experience working with MOH hospitals and procurement processes (NUPCO exposure preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage territories independently and build long-term hospital relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
