About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively visit existing and potential clients to present Raya Group’s product portfolio and service offerings.
  • Support in identifying new sales opportunities and market segments.

  • Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent Raya Group professionally during client meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools or reports.

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role (F&B, hospitality, or FMCG preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in the field most of the time.
  • Strong ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet sales goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
