Tasks and Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers and greeting them inside the showroom or store.
Displaying and explaining the specifications and advantages of household appliances and tools (such as: refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, vacuum cleaners, kitchen tools, etc.).
Assisting customers in choosing products that suit their needs and budgets.
Executing sales transactions, issuing invoices, and receiving payments according to the approved system.
Monitoring product availability, organizing, and displaying them in an orderly and attractive manner.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the display area.
Following up on special customer requests and coordinating with the warehouse or management when needed.
Dealing with customer inquiries and complaints and resolving them professionally.
Adhering to company policies and safety and security instructions.
Contributing to achieving monthly and annual sales goals.
Skills and Abilities:
Negotiation and persuasion skills.

Good knowledge of products, their prices, and specifications.

Working Hours:
According to the company's approved work system, showroom branch (two shifts, morning and evening, totaling 8 hours).
