Job Purpose:
The job holder is responsible for leading and directing the company's marketing activities, developing marketing strategies that enhance the real estate company's position in the market and achieve its business objectives. The role includes overseeing the preparation of marketing plans, monitoring the execution of campaigns, managing the marketing team, directing work with external marketing service providers, and supporting branches through the development of targeted marketing initiatives and analyzing performance indicators to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Strategy and Planning:
    • Preparing and developing comprehensive marketing strategies to support the real estate company's objectives and enhance its brand in the market.
    • Developing annual and quarterly marketing plans that include digital marketing, advertising campaigns, real estate exhibitions, and auctions.
    • Identifying target markets, analyzing opportunities, and directing marketing efforts in line with market trends and customer needs.
  • Managing Marketing Activities:
    • Overseeing property listings and ensuring the accuracy and quality of marketing content across all platforms.
    • Managing and organizing real estate events (auctions, exhibitions) in terms of planning, coordination, and overseeing execution.
    • Monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns and analyzing key performance indicators to assess effectiveness and improve results.
    • Supervising marketing content and coordinating work with design, digital marketing, and media teams to ensure message consistency with the company’s identity.
  • Team Management and Coordination:
    • Leading and directing the marketing team and distributing tasks to ensure efficient and effective execution of plans.
    • Coordinating with internal departments such as property management, sales, and branches to ensure alignment of objectives and achieving integrated results.
    • Supporting and developing team skills through continuous training and guidance.
    • Building effective relationships with external marketing service providers and monitoring the quality of outputs in line with the company's strategy.
    • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring optimal use of marketing resources to achieve maximum return on investment.
  • Responsibilities Related to Individuals:
    • Working closely with the direct manager to define performance indicators at the beginning of the year and ensure that goals are met throughout the year.
    • Working closely with the direct manager to identify and provide training and development requirements to ensure proper arrangement and attendance at required training sessions.

Skills:
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and advertising platforms.
  • Developing engaging marketing content through multiple channels.
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector and its trends, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or a related field with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in creating reports and analyzing marketing data.

Work System:Two Shift System (from 12 PM to 4 PM) and (from 6 PM to 10 PM)

1. Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the complete supervision of daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing inventory, and managing a team working on the shift system. The supervisor ensures operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, compliance with safety and quality standards, and facilitates smooth communication and transition of work between different shifts.


2. Key Responsibilities

A. Operations Management and Shift Supervision:

  • Direct supervision of all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory, packing, and loading/unloading.

  • Assigning tasks and prioritizing work for the shift team to ensure daily goals are met.

  • Ensuring effective coordination and communication between the current shift and the next shift to ensure smooth and accurate handover of tasks and information.

  • Monitoring employee performance during the shift and providing necessary training and support.

  • Preparing end-of-shift reports summarizing achievements and any outstanding issues that need to be followed up.

B. Inventory Management and Accuracy:

  • Supervising periodic and surprise inventory counts to ensure inventory records match with the system (WMS/ERP).

  • Identifying and managing obsolete or damaged inventory and taking appropriate actions according to established policies.

  • Ensuring proper and organized storage of goods according to safety and storage requirements.

C. Safety and Quality:

  • Ensuring all shift employees adhere to occupational health and safety regulations and procedures.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.

  • Supervising the maintenance of equipment and devices used during the shift (such as forklifts).

D. People Management and Development:

  • Scheduling employee shifts and covering operational needs.

  • Evaluating shift employees' performance and providing constructive feedback.

  • Identifying training needs and providing necessary training for new and existing employees.


3. Requirements and Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of [2 to 5] years of warehouse management experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role, preferably in a shift-based work environment.

  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.

    • Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced and multi-shift environment.

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.

    • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.


4. Special Working Conditions

  • Willingness to work on a rotating shift system, including night shifts and weekends as needed.

  • Ability to handle work pressures and manage changing priorities between shifts.
