Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the spa reception, ensuring compliance with voco standards.
• Manage guest bookings and appointment confirmations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the reception area and spa.
• Offer retail products appropriately and manage the retail area.
• Deliver personalized fitness and training support as a Personal Trainer.
• Consistently adhere to and exceed Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within luxury hotels.
• Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Must possess a Lifeguard & Gym Trainer certificate.
• Fluent in English.

• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies or accidents.
• Administer first aid and CPR when required.
• Educate guests on water safety protocols and resort policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent.
• Pool Lifeguard Qualification from the Saudi Life Saving Federation.
• Advanced First Aid Certification.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of lifeguard experience.
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lifeguard at a new gym opening soon in the Eastern Province, near Al Khobar, KSA.

The Lifeguard will be responsible for:

• Monitoring pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers.
• Enforcing pool rules.
• Performing rescues and first aid when necessary.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the pool area.
• Supporting poolside activities and events.

In addition, this role requires a multi-skilled professional with a valid lifeguard certification. The successful candidate will also deliver structured swimming lessons as part of our learn-to-swim program, teaching both children and adults of all skill levels. Qualifications
