Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing within Saudi Arabia, with a strong client database and the ability to close deals and consistently exceed sales targets. Responsibilities and Duties:- Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Saudi Arabia to expand the agency’s client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present tailored marketing solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
- Negotiate and close deals, achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Marketing Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the agency’s internal teams to design and execute customized marketing campaigns for clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell the agency’s services to current clients.
- Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on data and performance metrics.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and presentations for client meetings and pitches.
- Develop strategies to improve brand visibility and market positioning for both the agency and its clients.
- Administrative and Reporting Duties:
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track progress toward sales goals.
- Provide management with regular updates on client feedback, market conditions, and areas for improvement.
- Represent the agency at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Qualifications and Skills:- Minimum of 35 years of experience in sales and marketing in Saudi Arabia, preferably within a marketing agency or related industry.
- Established client database in Saudi Arabia, with a strong network of contacts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market and cultural dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
