Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Objective:

To provide administrative and technical support to management and the team, and to contribute to organizing daily workflow and ensuring the effectiveness of office operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing postal and electronic correspondence and responding to general inquiries.

Organizing appointments and meetings and scheduling important appointments for management.

Preparing and writing reports and official correspondence.

Saving and organizing files, administrative records, and official documents.

Handling the phone and reception and directing calls and visitors.

Following up on office requests and purchases and administrative supplies.

Providing support in organizing internal and external events and meetings.

Assisting in preparing schedules and performance reports.

Executing any other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience in management or office-related fields.

Organizational skills and efficient time management.

Ability to work with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Write and develop engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
• Create in-app content in collaboration with the UI/UX team to enhance user experience.
• Write clear and effective push notifications aligned with business objectives.
• Support marketing campaigns with creative and promotional copy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content planning and execution.
• Ensure consistency with Sahseh’s tone of voice across all communication channels.
• Review, edit, and optimize content for clarity, accuracy, and performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in content writing or a related role.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content best practices.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

• Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management desirable.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as a Technician/Tradesman in a hotel or 4 years in a similar large building/complex with a central plant.

• Operate X-ray and other imaging equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure accurate patient positioning to obtain clear and precise diagnostic images.
• Follow all safety standards and radiation protection protocols.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any malfunction or maintenance needs.
• Assist physicians and healthcare staff during imaging procedures.
• Verify patient identity and explain procedures to ensure comfort.
• Record and store imaging results according to policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records as per healthcare regulations.
• Support the medical team in ensuring quality and accuracy of diagnostic results.

• Diploma in Radiology from a recognized institution.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license.
• Knowledge of imaging equipment operation and radiation safety procedures.
• Good communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy (PACS, HIS systems preferred).
• Previous experience in a hospital or medical center is preferred.

• Graphic Design: Create visual designs, such as posters, brochures, and logos.
• Report Preparation: Design and format reports containing data and information, presenting them in an attractive and easy-to-read manner.
• Production of Visual Presentations: Prepare presentation slides using programs like PowerPoint or Keynote, focusing on visual impact and clarity.

• At least 5 years of practical experience in the field and previous work in engineering consulting firms.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong visual communication skills.
• The ability to process and present data visually.
• Organizational and time management skills to ensure the delivery of outputs on time.

• Onboarding & New Joiner: Assist with induction workshops, prepare new joiner packs, and manage data administration of new joiner paperwork.
• People Relationships: Support HR partnerships by addressing employee questions on policies, leaves, and compensation.
• Offboarding: Prepare offboarding paperwork and facilitate processes.
• Reporting & SLAs: Maintain BambooHR, manage employee files digitally, and oversee internal HR systems.
• Miscellaneous: Handle travel administration, maintain medical insurance documents, and execute various administrative duties.

• Graduate Degree of diploma in HR (optional)
