  • تنسيق دخول الزوار، المواعيد، وجدولة قاعات الاجتماعات.
  • المحافظة على تنظيم منطقة الاستقبال وتطبيق معايير سهولة الوصول.
  • تنفيذ المهام الإدارية البسيطة (الأرشفة، إدخال البيانات، تنسيق المستندات).
  • التواصل الفعّال مع الإدارات الداخلية والزوار الخارجيين.
  • الالتزام بسياسات الشركة والسرية ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة.

المتطلبات:
  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (ويُفضّل الدبلوم).
  • مهارات أساسية في استخدام الحاسب الآلي والبريد الإلكتروني.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة العربية (واللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية).
