About the Role:The Sales Assistant will be a key contact for both colleagues and customers, facilitating sales inquiries and supporting the sales team to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Indoor Sales: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Outdoor Sales: Visit potential clients weekly to offer products and build relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services for optimal client experience.
- Follow up on quotations to ensure successful deal closures.
- Maintain updated client records in the CRM system.
- Assist with after-sales support and follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor product availability to prevent stock shortages.
- Deliver products within the Eastern Province and provide basic product training if needed.
- Enhance client awareness of products and services.
- Introduce new products based on client needs.
- Handle walk-in customers in supervisor's absence.
- Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic sales knowledge with a willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Previous experience with CRM software is a plus.
Work Requirements:- Transferable Iqama (mandatory for non-Saudi residents).
- A car is a plus.
