Job Title:
Human Resources Officer
General Objective:
Ensure the execution of all human resources procedures and services efficiently and support employees throughout their employment lifecycle, achieving the company's goals and promoting a productive work environment.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process: posting ads, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and issuing job offers.

Prepare employment contracts and monthly payrolls according to the Saudi labor law.

Monitor attendance and departure as well as vacations, and update records in the human resources system.

Coordinate training and development programs and conduct annual performance evaluations.

Manage discipline files: warnings, violations, and terminations, while adhering to legal procedures.

Provide support and consultations to employees regarding their job-related issues (vacations, insurance, promotions).

Prepare periodic reports (employee turnover rate, vacation percentages, performance indicators).

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.

Good knowledge of the Saudi labor law and regulations of the human resources office.
