- Welcoming guests in a professional manner

- Processing check-in and check-out procedures

- Responding to inquiries

- Providing necessary support to ensure a distinguished hospitality experience for guests

🔹 Conditions:

· The applicant must be a Saudi national

· A recent graduate in hospitality or related fields, or have at least one year of experience in hotel reception

· Neat appearance and good communication skills

💰 Salary:

5000 Saudi Riyals (including housing and transportation allowance)

• Welcoming guests warmly and professionally, and directing them to their tables.
• Managing reservations using the designated system and informing guests of any changes or delays in their bookings.
• Presenting menus and explaining special dishes.
• Coordinating special needs with the service team, such as food allergies.
• Responding to guest inquiries and providing suggestions based on their preferences.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception area and supporting the team in various tasks.

• Nationality: Saudi only.
• Qualification: Diploma in hospitality or customer service or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or reception is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and use of reservation systems and computers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage time.
• Commitment to the specified dress code according to company standards.

• Welcoming guests and providing them with the required support.
• Effectively managing reservations through hotel booking software.
• Communicating in excellent English.
• Adapting to changing work shifts.

• Ages 24 to 30.
• Certificates or experience in hospitality and tourism are preferred.
• Full knowledge of hotel reservation programs.

Customer Accountant (Cashier) needed to work in Ro-row drive-thru cafes,

with at least one year of experience in accounting and customer service, and proficiency with electronic point-of-sale systems. It is required that the applicant has a good appearance, is tactful in dealing with customers, and has the ability to work under pressure and within a team.

Job responsibilities:

• Receiving customer payments in cash or via credit cards

• Issuing invoices and accurately recording financial transactions

• Ensuring the accuracy of received amounts and matching them with daily sales

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area

• Preparing daily sales reports and balancing the cash register

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally

• Assisting in inventory counting when necessary
