Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner in both Arabic and English.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferably previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software.

As a Reservations Agent at Centro Shaheen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and confirm guest room reservations through phone, letter, or fax.
• Input all reservations into the computer and respond to inquiries and requests regarding reservations.
• Stay updated on promotions and follow procedures for all hotel reservations.
• Show complete product knowledge and apply rate management effectively.
• Maintain an established filing system and compile reports as required.
• Promote good public relations and aim to maximize business.
• Ensure all incoming calls and emails are handled according to Rotana standards.
• Organize visa requests for guests and upsell whenever possible.

Skills and Qualifications:
You should have a diploma or degree in the hospitality field, along with previous hotel reservations experience. Proficiency in computer skills and excellent communication in English are a must; additional language skills are a plus.
