Key Responsibilities:- Ensure operational continuity and efficiency in administration and facilities.
- Manage facility maintenance to minimize breakdowns and ensure asset reliability.
- Maintain workplace safety, security, and QHSE practices for compliance.
- Oversee security operations, access control, and emergency preparedness.
- Handle vendor and supplier relationships and contract management.
- Monitor administrative services for quality delivery and compliance.
- Manage budgets and expenditures for facilities and administration.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Plan and optimize space utilization for enhanced efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments for alignment with operational needs.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in administration and facilities operations.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in communication and problem-solving.
- Professional certification in Facilities Management preferred.
- Native Arabic speaker with professional English skills.
