Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the development and execution of the company’s strategic and operational plans

Oversee the implementation of operational plans and ensure achievement of approved objectives

Evaluate and develop investment opportunities and feasibility studies

Manage and develop the real estate project portfolio and monitor performance

Supervise company projects on-site, ensuring quality execution and adherence to timelines

Lead and manage cross-functional teams (Construction / Investment / Marketing / Finance)

Represent the company before government entities, investors, and partners

Build and develop strategic partnerships with investors and developers

Monitor financial performance (budgets, cash flow, profitability)

Oversee liquidity management and ensure efficient utilization of financial resources

Manage operational, investment, and legal risks

Ensure implementation of governance frameworks and compliance with regulations

Improve operational efficiency and enhance productivity

Oversee technology systems, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making

Prepare and submit periodic reports to senior management and the board of directors

Conduct regular site visits to project locations

Participate in strategic and investment decision-making

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate investment or construction

Proven leadership experience in managing projects and cross-functional teams

Strong knowledge of feasibility studies, financial analysis, and cash flow management

High ability to build relationships and manage strategic partnerships

Experience in dealing with government entities and relevant regulations

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of risk management, governance, and compliance

Proficiency in using technology systems, project management tools, and analytics

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred

Proficiency in English (intermediate level or above)

• Professional use of Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong ability in creativity and design thinking.
• Understanding client needs and translating ideas into distinctive visual designs.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Analyzing costs and distributing them to cost centers.
• Recording purchases and monitoring inventory movement.
• Ensuring accuracy of alignment between supplier records, inventory, and invoices.
• Recording banking facilities and financial obligations and monitoring payment ages.
• Monitoring the opening of documentary credits and securing them with banks.
• Receiving and reviewing original documents for import shipments (invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin) and ensuring their accuracy before recording.
• Monitoring and recording data for the requests of the Zakat and Income Authority related to external purchases and ensuring their compliance with the customs declaration.
• Recording customs fees and shipping charges.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Advanced skills in using Excel.
• Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of financial accounting and recording journal entries.
• Practical experience of 4 to 5 years in cost accounting or related financial fields.

• Supervise production line operations as per shift schedule and manage manpower effectively.
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Evaluate batch rejects for root cause analysis.

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or a Technical Diploma.

• 5 - 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company.
