Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare and review journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor and verify sales and purchases invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annually).
• Supervise the organization and archiving of accounting documents.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial statements.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and payable, managing collections from clients.
• Coordinate with the sales department to ensure invoices match purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi tax and zakat regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a General Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, sales, and purchases processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software (preferably ERP systems like SAP, Odoo, or Zoho).
• Good understanding of Saudi tax and zakat regulations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
