Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure timely communication of service commitments.
- Resolve customers' queries and complaints promptly.
- Safety and Quality:
- Ensure employee and end-user safety.
- Deliver services as per contract commitments and quality standards.
- Investigate incidents and follow reporting protocols.
- People Management:
- Develop competencies and motivation of maintenance technicians.
- Set performance objectives and review outcomes regularly.
- Validate technicians’ timesheets prior to payroll.
- Repair Sales:
- Manage the sales funnel for repair services.
- Promote sales leads through regular customer meetings.
- Maintenance Operations:
- Ensure adherence to maintenance processes and methods.
- Manage proximity stock and plan maintenance visits effectively.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Elevator & Escalator or similar industries.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong service mindset and excellent organizational skills.
