About the Role: As the Supply Chain Manager, you will collaborate with the commercial team and other departments to drive sales, growth, and margin improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing robust supply chain strategies.
• Managing end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Optimizing monthly supply replenishment based on demand forecasts.
• Ensuring safety stocks are maintained to avoid stockouts.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for supply security.
• Leading communication with planning centers and addressing inventory issues.
• Driving compliance with audit and divisional policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics, Pharmacy, or Business Administration.
• 1012 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in Supply Planning and logistics.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in analytical problem-solving and capable of working under pressure.
• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with SAP is preferred.
