Duties and Responsibilities: • Welcoming visitors warmly and providing clear information about play packages and available offers. • Managing sales transactions and issuing tickets accurately and quickly through the cashier system. • Receiving payments (in cash or via credit cards) and ensuring they match at the end of the shift. • Responding to customer inquiries and solving simple problems flexibly and professionally. • Maintaining organization and calm in the reception area and ensuring smooth visitor entry.
