We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure our quality standards and enrich our guests’ experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to maintain quality standards.
- Manage daily activities, run sold room reports, and prioritize room cleaning.
- Document discrepancies and coordinate with Front Desk and other departments.
- Assist in hiring, training, and managing the housekeeping staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security policies and maintain a professional appearance.
- Provide exceptional guest service and maintain positive working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
