Key Responsibilities:- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and official correspondence.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical) while ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate communication between the executive office and college departments.
- Support accreditation, reporting, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in organizing institutional events and executive engagements.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably in higher education.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Professional, discreet, and able to work in a fast-paced academic environment.
