  • Develop, build, and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Follow up on leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits of Medtronic products and/or services.
  • Promote and establish education about the company's products and/or services.
  • Conduct market research, including analyzing customer and competitor activities.
  • Implement market development plans and strategies, making necessary adjustments as required.
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or changes to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including Research and Development (R&D), Operations, and Marketing.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience with a proven track record in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or a related industry, preferably within the surgery sales discipline (GYN or GS specialties).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
