Job Description: The receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and clients, identifying their needs, and directing them to the appropriate reference. In addition, she will answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer them to the appropriate reference, as well as keep records of visitors.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Greet visitors and clients and identify their needs.

- Make internal communications to obtain information.
- Schedule appointments and record the names of clients and visitors in the appropriate logs.
