Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Specialist specialized in B2B sales with experience and skill in building business relationships, responsible for expanding the company's client base and attracting new contracts with residential complexes, hospitals, sports clubs, and other major commercial entities.

Main Tasks:

• Identifying and targeting new sales opportunities.
• Holding meetings and conducting professional presentations to showcase the company's services.
• Negotiating and finalizing deals and contracts with new clients.
• Managing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance repeat selling opportunities.
• Collaborating with the technical and logistics team to ensure services are delivered with high quality and efficiency.
• Achieving monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Required Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Previous experience dealing with residential complexes or hospitals or sports clubs is an additional advantage.
• High ability to plan, organize, and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Required a general accountant to work at a prestigious company, with no less than two years of experience in the field of general accounting, and proficient in using various accounting programs. He will be responsible for managing the company's daily financial operations and preparing periodic financial reports and annual budgets. The main tasks include:

• Preparing and recording daily accounting entries

• Following up on supplier and customer accounts

• Preparing monthly bank reconciliations

• Preparing periodic financial reports

• Managing expenses and revenues

• Preparing tax declarations

• Participating in preparing estimated budgets

• Monitoring accounts receivable and payable

• Dealing with external auditors

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related specialty.
• Previous experience ranging from 02 years in Human Resources Management.

Collect data and specifications related to products (goods and services), prepare a database of existing and prospective customers, contact or visit customers and present sales offers, complete the sales process, follow up with customers and collect debts, and prepare and submit work reports.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Build a database of existing and prospective customers with their information, addresses, and phone numbers.

Contact or visit customers to promote products (goods and services) and present sales offers, showcasing their specifications and competitive advantages.

Verify prices and grant discounts within the authorized scope, complete the sales process, issue invoices, and collect payments.

Collect, record, document, and remit customer debts to the financial department. Prepare and submit work reports, document and archive them.
