Social Media Specialist (أخصائي وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي)
Job Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with experience in digital content and a good understanding of various social media platforms, to contribute to managing and developing the brand's digital presence, and creating professional content that enhances engagement and achieves marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate various social media accounts such as:
- X (formerly Twitter)
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- TikTok
- Snapchat
- YouTube, and more.
- Prepare and implement digital content plans and strategies in line with the company's goals.
- Write and formulate creative and marketing content in Arabic, with proficiency in English preferred.
- Create regular publishing schedules and organize content to ensure continuity and quality.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and contribute to planning, implementing, and tracking their results.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages and comments professionally.
- Analyze account performance and prepare periodic reports that include performance indicators and recommendations.
- Keep up with trends and updates related to social media platforms and utilize them to benefit the brand.
- Coordinate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure the integration of visual messages and content.
- Contribute to developing the digital identity and communication style of the brand.
Required Skills
- Strong experience and knowledge of various social media platforms and how each platform works.
- Excellent writing and creative marketing content creation skills.
- The ability to manage digital marketing campaigns and analyze their results.
- Understanding the fundamentals of digital marketing and building a digital identity.
- High organizational skills and time management, working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- The ability to analyze data and use performance measurement tools.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Creativity and the ability to innovate new content ideas and keep up with trends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in managing social media accounts and content creation.
- Having work samples or accounts previously worked on is preferred.
