About the Role
The Human Resources & Admin Manager (Saudi National) will play a pivotal leadership role in the Human Resources and Administration functions during the startup project stage and will continue to do so as commercial operations commence for the Business Unit in Jazan.

Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
  • Act as the lead advisor to the Project Team on employment related matters in KSA.
  • Design, propose, and implement human resources strategies, guidelines, and procedures for the Business Unit within corporate strategies and policy frameworks.
  • Set-up HR policies and procedures in line with Group HR policies and the regulations in KSA.
  • Execute recruitment aligned with the manpower plan needed for business operations.
  • Organize training for positions that require competency for commercial operations.
  • Develop guidelines to assist line management in HR policy implementation, including training programs and performance appraisals.
  • Provide leadership and support to managers in addressing human resources issues.
  • Prepare headcount and staff cost budgets and monitor compliance.
  • Supervise HR services to ensure recruitment and development of a qualified team.
Administration:
  • Manage administration functions related to facilities, fleet management, staff transportation, accommodation, and canteen services.
  • Establish guidelines and KPIs for service delivery.
  • Prepare tender specifications for outsourced services.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets for Administration services.
  • Supervise Administration services to ensure recruitment and development of a motivated team.
