  • Handle key management and be familiar with room and rate availability.
  • Process reservations, changes, and cancellations professionally.
  • Manage guest luggage and coordinate with Guest Services and Concierge staff.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with maturity.
  • Utilize the hotel's computer system for daily operations.
  • Complete key packets, handle check-outs, and manage cash transactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding guest and company information.
