Overall Purpose of the Job:
The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new and profitable business within their designated area. You will develop effective sales strategies, measure business activities, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee pre-planning support including Inova and Well Plan modeling, and coordinate with service providers and contractors for comprehensive project planning.
  • Engage with clients to offer tailored solutions using our product tools and equipment.
  • Respond to tender requests and ensure proper evaluation and documentation are completed.
  • Foster regular communication with clients to enhance operations and identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Assist in drilling engineering support by creating well design programs and managing project execution phases.
  • Develop presentations for clients to showcase our product line capabilities.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and answer client inquiries.
  • Monitor operations during the well execution phase and provide support as needed.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a technical or sales role, preferably related to our product lines.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant equipment and services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with well planning software and a strong understanding of financial processes related to tenders and budgets.

  • Stay sensitive to new trends in visual merchandising and aware of customer preferences to elevate the in-store experience.
