- Coordinate and monitor training program implementation.
- Prepare analytical reports on training progress.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in training and development.
- Familiarity with needs analysis, program design, and training evaluation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and digital platforms.
