We are looking for an Operations Officer to support the on-ground operations of short-term rental apartments.

The employee role will be limited to field work and execution only.
All online systems, booking platforms, and guest communication are fully managed by the management, with no system access for the employee.

Daily Responsibilities

Daily follow-up on apartment status and readiness

Supervise maintenance work and ensure completion

Report issues immediately with photos and updates

Coordinate cleaning and laundry teams on-site

Purchase, deliver, and transfer supplies to and from units when needed

Follow up on minor issues and submit reports

Adhere to provided operational instructions

Working Model

Field-based role only. No access to systems, bookings, or guest communication.

Location

• Manufacture sweets, chocolates, and other confectionery products using hand tools and machinery.
• Develop and improve recipes and designs to enhance product offerings.
• Select, measure, and mix ingredients for various confections.
• Operate and maintain confectionery equipment such as mixers and ovens.
• Monitor baking temperature and time to ensure quality.
• Adhere to health, safety, and public health policies and procedures.

• Receive raw materials (RM) and other materials (ORM) through ERP and verify their physical availability and storage locations.
• Coordinate with the fork-lift driver to arrange requested materials in designated areas.
• Conduct monthly inventory accuracy checks to ensure alignment with system counts.
• Perform 5S tasks to maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Manage the receipt of finished goods from production.

• Receive, disassemble, clean, pressure test, visually check, paint, assemble, load, and store tools and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to all necessary documentation requirements.
• Participate in daily operations, safety meetings, toolbox sessions, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and promptly report any issues using appropriate tools.
• Follow maintenance processes and procedures to undertake tasks related to tools and equipment.

• Repair machines, equipment, or structures using tools such as hammers, hoists, cranes, and drills.

• Assist in assembly, installation, and dismantling of beam pumping units.
• Perform preventive maintenance including lubrication, belt inspection, brake checks, and fastener torque verification.
• Execute corrective maintenance tasks such as bearing removal and installation, counterweight adjustments, wireline replacement, and SPM changes.
• Support alignment, balancing, and guard installation activities.
• Assist in rigging and lifting activities under the direction of Lead Technician and Crane Operator.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Familiarity with QC Seven Tools (*, histograms, cause-and-effect diagrams), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and AQL sampling standards.
• Ability to using inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and similar tools.
• Basic data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends through quality reports and drive improvements.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with production and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify quality anomalies and ensure timely closure.
