Job Summary
The Quality Inspector follows up and implements quality inspection procedures on materials, processes, and products within the project or production line to ensure compliance with technical specifications and approved standards. They also work on identifying issues, analyzing their causes, documenting them, and contributing to process improvements and ensuring the quality of final outputs.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Conduct daily inspections on materials and completed work to ensure their compliance with specifications and approved plans.
  • Follow up on the implementation of quality control procedures at the site or factory.
  • Prepare daily inspection reports and document any observations or violations.
  • Inspect incoming materials to the site and ensure their compliance with certificates of compliance.
  • Monitor execution processes and ensure adherence to quality plans and safety requirements.
  • Document non-conformance reports and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with quality engineers and technicians to ensure work is carried out according to required standards.
  • Participate in material tests (Concrete Tests, Soil Tests, etc.) and follow up on lab results.
  • Review and approve subcontractor work concerning quality.
  • Ensure the application of quality procedures throughout all project phases.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and prepare periodic reports on the quality status of the project.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
  • Practical experience ranging from 1–5 years in quality control (preferably in the construction or industrial sector).
  • Good knowledge of quality management procedures and systems such as ISO 9001.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and understand technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and preferably knowledge of quality reporting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately detect errors.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
