• Assisting in customer service and resolving minor issues

• Maintaining a professional appearance and a permanent smile

• Contributing to maintaining the security and safety of cash and the restaurant

Sales representatives
* Assist customers in-store and support them with purchases
. * Reply to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and Instagram.
* Add products to the system and generate barcodes and prices.
* Ensure products are organized and displayed correctly in the store.
* Conduct weekly inventory checks and report low-stock items to the warehouse.
Work 6 days per week

Job Objective:
Achieve sales targets by attracting new customers, building strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting and selling products or services to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential and existing customers and present products or services.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Achieve set monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare price quotes and negotiate sales terms.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and enhance repeat purchase opportunities.

Required Qualifications
