Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the expansion of Pace into new markets.
- Build and record market dynamics, including history and pricing trends.
- Collaborate with management to identify business development opportunities.
- Conduct market studies and recommend growth strategies.
- Prepare materials for client interaction during the bidding cycle.
- Enhance market intelligence and information gathering to foster new opportunities.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Participate in proposal preparations and negotiations.
- Lead the business development team and promote professional growth.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market performance.
Required Experience:- 15 years of experience in Business Development in a technical industry.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and developing new business.
- Familiarity with local regulations and guidelines.
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Certifications & Skills:- Certification in Project Management (*, PMP) is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
