Our specialized center in car maintenance announces the availability of a position for a Car Maintenance Center Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure the best customer experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate the maintenance center and supervise all daily tasks.

  • Receive cars from customers and accurately determine maintenance needs.

  • Supervise engine maintenance, gearbox, tires, and oils to ensure quality.

  • Follow up on various mechanical maintenance and ensure they are carried out according to standards.

  • Issue invoices and close daily reports on the Rowaa system.

  • Enter purchase invoices and accurately track inventory.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure a distinguished service experience.

  • Manage customer loyalty program (points/vouchers) to enhance the relationship with customers.

  • Provide guidance and advice to customers on maintaining their cars.

Requirements:
