We are searching for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our C-Level staff. As an integral part of our team, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements, ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the executives' schedules effectively, arranging appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-through on issues.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Anticipate the needs of the executives, proactively addressing them to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other administrative team members to support the organization’s goals.
  • Flexibility to handle any other responsibilities assigned by the C-Level.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in office management or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role.
